ويذكر أن الكتل الهوائية الباردة نسبياَ بدأت تصل الحوض الشرقي للبحر الأبيض المتوسط تزامناَ مع دخول فصل الخريف، حيث يتوقّع أن تبدأ الأنظمة الجوية بالتغيّر التدريجي بسبب انحسار المنخفض الموسمي الهندي وازدياد نشاط منخفض البحر الأحمر لتبدأ معها درجات الحرارة بالانخفاض التدريجي وازدياد فرص تأثر مدينة جدة بحالات عدم استقرار جوي تعمل على هطول الأمطار الرعدية خلال الفترة القادمة وخاصة بعد منصف الشهر تزامناَ مع بداية فترة الوسم.
