In a new record | Britain records 183,000 new cases of coronavirus

Weather of Arabia - Britain recorded, on Tuesday, a new record number of daily infections with the Corona virus that causes "Covid-19" infection, amid an accelerating spread of the "Omicron" strain.

According to “Russia Today”, the British Ministry of Health reported, in an updated statistic, an increase in the number of cases of the disease during the past 24 hours by 129,471 cases, compared to 98,515 in data yesterday, Monday, to reach the level of 1,2338,676 cases.

Today's toll, which does not include data from Scotland and Northern Ireland, is a record number of new infections with the Corona virus, where the previous highest rate was 122,186 cases and was monitored on December 24.

The ministry also stated that it recorded 18 new deaths from the disease, compared to 143 in Monday's statistic, bringing the number of victims of the pandemic in the United Kingdom to 148,021.

The rise in daily infections with the Corona virus comes against the background of the accelerating spread of the “Omicron” strain, which is more contagious than all its predecessors and includes a record number of mutations.
