موقع ArabiaWeather.com - الإعصار إيسيل تراجع إلى عاصفة استوائية في وقت متأخر من يوم الخميس وبلغت سرعة رياحه نحو 110 كيلومترات في الساعة لدى وصوله الى مناطق من أرخبيل هاواي.

 

 

وقال المركز في بيان إن العاصفة التي أدت لإنقطاع الكهرباء عن الالاف في هاواي  تتحرك غربا بسرعة 17 كيلومترا في الساعة وان مركزها لا يزال يقع على بعد 80 كيلومترا غربي بلدة هيلو.

 

 

واجتاحت رياح قوية مناطق من شرق الولاية تمتد من منطقة بونا وحتى بلدة هيلو ،ووفقا لإدارة الدفاع المدني لمقاطعة هاواي تدفق أكثر من 1200 شخص على مراكز الإيواء .
