Arab Weather App - The CEO of the Arab Weather Center, Mohammed Al-Shaker, said that the Arctic witnessed a rare weather event for the month of November, which was an early warming of the polar vortex, something that has only happened about three times in the past seventy years.

Al-Shaker explained that this warming has been reflected in global weather patterns recently, causing widespread disruptions in the movement of air currents, which has led to the emergence of unusual weather conditions in a number of regions of the world, including the Middle East.

He explained that one of the most prominent reflections of these unusual patterns is the concentration of rainfall in the south of the Kingdom in a remarkable way as a result of the atmospheric depressions’ unusual behavior, in addition to recording rare snowfall in parts of Saudi Arabia.

And God knows best.
