ودعت الإدارة السائقين إلى توخي الحيطة والحذر وإلى سلوك الطرق الأقل ازدحاما، لافتة أن تباطؤ حركة السير صباحا بطرقات العاصمة يعود إلى الأمطار الغزيرة بمناطق مختلفة.
