وأكد الجلاد على أن قرار التفويض الذي منحه وزير التربية والتعليم الدكتور محمد الذنيبات لا يزال ساري المفعول، حيث تم منح الصلاحيات لمدراء التربية في محافظات المملكة كاملة لتقدير الموقف كلاً حسب الظروف الجوية السائدة في منطقته.
