Fog also formed to a limited extent in parts of the eastern plains and the Queen Alia International Airport area.

The Meteorology Department's network of weather stations recorded extremely low temperatures during the morning hours today, reaching around zero degrees Celsius in the capital, Amman, with severe frost occurring in several parts of the Kingdom amidst extremely cold weather.
