موقع ArabiaWeather.com - أعلنت حالة الطوارئ في ست ولايات رئيسية بالأرجنتين بسبب الفيضانات، ومن المتوقع هطول أمطار يصل منسوبها إلى 13 سنتيمترا بالمناطق المتضررة بالفعل خلال الأيام العشرة المقبلة وهو أعلى معدل من نوعه خلال السنوات الخمس الأخيرة.

 

وأدت ظاهرة النينيو المناخية هذا العام إلى تفاقم الفيضانات في بعض مناطق قارة أمريكا الجنوبية ومنها الأرجنتين لكن في مناطق أخرى ومنها كولومبيا تسببت الظاهرة في موجات من الجفاف.

 

من جانب آخر قال خبراء الأرصاد الجوية إن المناطق الرئيسية لإنتاج الحبوب في البلاد تعاني من زيادة رطوبة التربة الزراعية أو غمرها بمياه الفيضانات تماما.
