موقع ArabiaWeather.com- أكدت وزارة الرعاية الاجتماعية والإغاثة في ميانمار أن عدد المشردين بسبب الفيضانات التي تشهدها البلاد  منذ أسابيع، ارتفع  إلى 600 ألف شخص، كما تسببت بوفاة 8 أشخاص.

 

وأصدر خبراء الأرصاد الجوية في البلاد تحذيرات من فيضانات جديدة محتملة في المناطق الشمالية؛ نتيجة تواصل هطول الأمطار الموسمية بغزارة.

 

ولايزال عدد الضحايا والمشردين يرتفع جراء الفيضانات في الأجزاء الوسطى والجنوبية من البلاد، رغم انحسار منسوب مياه نهر "أيايوادي" تدريجيًا.
