Jordan: Today, 19 local cases of Corona virus were recorded

Injuries, recovery and examinations:
Today, (24) cases of the new Corona virus were recorded, as follows:
(19) Local cases were distributed as follows:
- (16) cases in the capital, Amman, (14) cases, including contact with previous injured, and two cases are under investigation.
- Two cases in Zarqa Governorate, contacts with former patients.
A case in Al-Balqa governorate, in contact with a previous casualty.
- (5) external cases, distributed as follows:
- (3) Cases of people coming from abroad who are staying in quarantine hotels. (1 from Saudi Arabia, 1 from Egypt, and 1 from Qatar).
A case of a Jordanian truck driver, coming from the Al-Omari border center.
- A case of an Arab citizen coming for the purpose of medical tourism.
This brings the total number of cases in the Kingdom to (1893) cases.
- (79) recoveries were recorded today, (8) in Prince Hamzah Hospital, (68) in the area for isolating the injured in the Dead Sea, and (3) in Queen Alia Hospital.
(9615) laboratory tests were performed, bringing the total number of tests conducted so far to (81,061).

Other actions:
In light of the high number of local injuries, the Ministry of Health calls on everyone to adhere to Defense Order No. (11) for the year 2020 AD, to follow safety and prevention standards, wear masks, and not hold gatherings of more than (20) people, and use the (safety) app, and the (your health) application. .
