Jordan: A humid air mass brings a chance of thunderstorms and a drop in temperatures.

Arab Weather - Computer simulation maps at the Arab Weather Center indicate that the Kingdom will be increasingly affected by a humid air mass with temperatures colder than usual for this time of year, starting mid-week. This will be accompanied - God willing - by a further drop in temperatures, in addition to unstable weather conditions and chances of thunderstorms in several regions of the Kingdom.

Unstable weather conditions will affect the Kingdom on Tuesday, with rain in several areas, sometimes accompanied by thunder.

Temperatures will be 3 to 5 degrees Celsius cooler than average for this time of year on Tuesday, with generally cool to cold weather. The Kingdom will begin to be gradually affected by unstable weather conditions, particularly during the afternoon, leading to increased cloud cover and a chance of rain in many areas. This rain may be accompanied by thunder and lightning, God willing.

Westerly winds are also clearly active during the afternoon and evening hours, especially in the southern and eastern desert regions, the desert road, and the Baghdad International Road in the eastern desert, which may lead to dust storms in the south and east of the Kingdom, and consequently a decrease in horizontal visibility.

On Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, the weather will be generally cold, with a decreased chance of rain, although scattered showers are still possible. Surface humidity will rise noticeably during the late night and early morning hours, and fog is likely to form in the eastern plains, parts of the desert, and some high mountain areas.

Wednesday: A slight drop in temperatures and renewed chances of rain in scattered areas.

Temperatures are expected to drop further, becoming 4 to 6 degrees Celsius below average for this time of year, with generally cold weather and clouds at varying altitudes.

Fog is likely to form at the beginning of the day, especially in the eastern plains areas. The weather will remain cold during the rest of the day, with clouds continuing to appear at different altitudes. There is a chance of rain from time to time in distant areas of the Kingdom, and it may be accompanied by thunder sometimes, especially in the southern regions.

On Wednesday/Thursday night, the chances of rain will decrease again and the amount of clouds will decrease, so that the weather will gradually tend to stabilize, and will be noticeably cold throughout the Kingdom.
