Jordan | The Public Security Directorate issues recommendations for dealing with the road during dust

Weather of Arabia - The Public Security Directorate called on citizens and warned against dust-laden winds, stressing the need to adopt proper behavior, by following the following advice and instructions:

• Get solid information about road conditions before setting off
• Close the windows and the air intake from outside
• Turn on the fog lights
• Leave a greater safety distance than usual
• Do not confuse yourself and others when sandstorms occur, especially if visibility is obscured
• Reduce your speed as much as possible to avoid any emergency situations
• Stop in a safe place if the dust is thick and obstructs visibility
