Arabia Weather - The latest satellite images taken for this evening, Sunday 11/19/2023, indicate that the air depression “classified as third degree according to the Arabia Weather Index for measuring the severity of depressions” is located to the northeast of the island of Cyprus, and is accompanied by a cold air front that has crossed the north of the Kingdom. It is on its way to cross the center of the kingdom in the coming hours.

With the crossing of this cold air front, it is expected that rainfall will intensify in the northern and central regions of the Kingdom, including the capital, and will be very heavy and accompanied by the occurrence of thunderstorms and hail showers that may be heavy at times, especially over the mountains. Temperatures will drop further, and the weather is expected to cause a significant rise in water levels, significant flow of valleys, and the occurrence of torrential rains in low-lying areas and slopes, some of which will be sweeping.

Gradually, with the night hours, the cold air front will complete its crossing of the Kingdom’s atmosphere, extending the cold, stormy, cloudy and rainy weather to most regions of the Kingdom, God willing, including the southern regions.
