Weather of Arabia - The official spokesman for the Ministry of Public Works and the Public Authority for Roads and Land Transport, Eng. Ahmed Saad Al-Saleh, stated, "Since the early hours of this morning, it has started to rain permanently in all regions of the State of Kuwait," indicating that the amounts of rain were concentrated in the center of the country and some southern regions

Al-Saleh explained, "The emergency teams of the Ministry of Public Works and the Public Authority for Roads and Land Transport are dealing with some water pools in the internal areas and highways," noting that despite the continuation and increasing amounts of rain, the rainwater drainage network is able to absorb these flows.

Al-Saleh indicated that the teams are present around the clock at the head of their work, especially with the approach of the high tide of the sea, which could affect the process of draining water into the sea, pointing out that there is coordination between the Ministry, the Civil Defense and the relevant authorities to deal immediately with any communication that may reach the Ministry through communication channels.
