وبدوره دعا المتحدث الرسمي للدفاع المدني بحائل الرائد نافع الحربي إلى ضرورة اتباع تعليمات السلامة وكل سلوك رشيد عند هطول الأمطار والبقاء في مواقع آمنة في حال كانت الأمطار غزيرة .
