Arab Weather - The Public Security Directorate called on citizens to take necessary precautions as the Kingdom is affected by a low-pressure system, expected to bring heavy rains and strong winds, potentially leading to flash floods in some areas.

The Directorate urged everyone to stay away from low-lying areas and valleys to avoid the risk of flash floods, and to drive carefully on the roads to avoid slippery conditions, especially in light of forecasts of increased rainfall.

She also stressed the need for safe use of heating equipment, ensuring regular ventilation of homes, and securing objects that could be blown away by strong winds.

The Public Security Directorate affirmed its full readiness to deal with any emergency, calling on citizens to follow official weather updates, adhere to instructions to ensure public safety, and not hesitate to call the emergency number (911) when needed for assistance.
