He explained that the faqa is divided into three sections: Al-Zubaidi, which is the flat, white fauna that appears on the face of the earth, Al-Muhalasi, which is the red faqa with black dots on its sides, and the jaba, which is the flattened and gray fauna, pointing out that the freshest of them is Al-Zubaidi, and the most festive, most expensive and most delicious He is Al-Khilasi, referring to what our ancestors said: “Al-Zubaidi is my newborn, and Al-Khilasi is from my head.”

Al-Zaqqaq emphasized that the truffle is produced as a result of a bacterial interaction between the argus tree and its tender plant, and a chemical element provided by lightning, and the Arabs call it the thunder plant, and it is a fungus, noting that a lot of it is harmful to health.
