وتنشط عادة رياح الصبا خلال ساعات الفجر والصباح بفعل الفوارق الحرارية بين الهواء البارد وسط الجزيرة العربية وما بين الهواء الدافئ فوق مياة البحر الاحمر، ومن المتوقع أن تخف سرعة الرياح تدريجياً خلال ساعات النهار.
