Arab Weather - Specialists in the Weather Operations Department at the Arab Regional Weather Center for Meteorology and Weather Forecasts reported that weather turbulence will continue to affect parts of the southwest and central parts of the Kingdom on Sunday 8/21-2022. According to the center, it is expected that cumulus thunderstorms will renew in the afternoon and evening hours, with rain of varying intensity, accompanied by thunder sometimes.
As for the areas covered by rain, the computer modeling outputs developed by Arab Weather indicate that thunder clouds will develop during the noon and evening period on parts of the southwestern sector of the Kingdom, including the heights of Jazan, Asir, Al Baha and various parts of the Makkah region, especially the southern ones. It also includes rain opportunities. Scattered parts of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah and Al-Qassim region, with the chances of thunderstorms extending to parts of the north and west of the administrative region of Riyadh.
The weather is hot to very hot during daylight hours in most regions of the Kingdom, with the exception of the highlands, with a decline in the heat from the northwestern regions of the Kingdom, and the opportunity arises in the early morning hours to form fog on parts of the heights of the southwest of the Kingdom and the eastern coasts and may include Dammam, God willing. .
