 تتعرض منطقة الجوف في هذه الأثناء لعواصف ترابية تعمل على تدني مدى الرؤية الأفقية إلى حدود الـ 800 متر، هذه الموجة من الغبار يُتوقع ان تزداد كثافة خلال الساعات القليلة القادمة، وأن تمتد لتشمل مناطق الحدود الشمالية مثل عرعر و سكاكا

 

ونظراً لهذه الظروف الجوية يُنوه طقس العرب إلى ضرورة عدم التعرض للأجواء المغبرة خاصة لكبار وصغار السن إضافة الى مرضى الجهاز التنفسي، كما ينصح بعدم القيادة الا للضرورة القصوى في تلك المناطق (الجوف والحدود الشمالية) نظرا لتوقع انعدام الرؤية الافقية على الطرق.
