يتوقع أن تعبر البلاد جبهة هوائية باردة مرافقة لمنخفض جوي إبتداءاً من الاجزاء الشمالية الغربية من البلاد بحيث تعمل على إشتداد لافت وكبير في سرعة الرياح الشمالية الغربية بحيث يصل معدل سرعة هذه الرياح إلى 70 كم/ساعة مع هبات تتجاوز الــ 100كم/ساعة بحيث تعمل على تشكل عاصفة رملية في تلك المناطق يتوقع ان تتجه نحو أغلب المناطق خلال ساعات مساء وليل الاربعاء بحيث تعمل على تدني لافت في مدى الرؤية الأفقية.

 

ويتوقع ان تتكاثف السحب الركامية في الاجزاء الشمالية الشرقية بما فيها السليمانية وأربيل بحيث تعمل على تساقط زخات رعدية من المطر تكون غزيرة احياناً ومترافقة بتساقط البَرَد.

 

يحذر الثلاثاء و الأربعاء من خطر تشكل  السيول في بعض المناطق شمال شرق البلاد.

ويحذر أيضاً من خطر تدني مدى الرؤية الأفقية بسبب الغبار في العديد من المناطق.
