ويتوقع أن يزداد نشاط الرياح الاسبوع القادم التي تثير الغبار وتعمل على اضطراب الامواج وتؤدي لانخفاض قليل لدرجات الحرارة.

 

وينصح بالابتعاد عن اشعة الشمس المباشرة والاكثار من شرب السوائل وتناول الفواكه والخضروات وقت السحور.
