وكانت الأجزاء الجنوبية من ألمانيا قد تعرضت خلال الأسابيع الماضية لفيضاتٍ قوية، خلفت أكثر من 10 قتلى، وألحقت أضرارا بالممتلكات تقدر بمئات الملايين من اليوروهات.
