The Kingdom is witnessing today, Wednesday, the peak of the recent rise in temperatures, with typical summer weather ranging from normal to relatively hot during the daytime hours in various regions.
The latest weather forecasts indicate a slight decrease in temperatures starting on Thursday, continuing through the weekend, as a result of the Kingdom being affected by a cooler air mass.
Maximum temperatures are expected to return in the coming days to the high twenties Celsius over large parts of the mountainous highlands and the capital, Amman, making the weather more moderate compared to the current days.
During the night, the weather becomes cooler, especially in the late night and early morning hours over the mountainous highlands and plains, where minimum temperatures drop to between 16 and 17 degrees Celsius in many areas, which calls for wearing a light coat when going out during the late night hours or at dawn.
In general, normal and comfortable summer weather is expected to prevail in the coming days, with no heat waves affecting the Kingdom in the foreseeable future.
