 ويتمركز منخفض علوي في طبقات الجو العليا على شمال إيران تمتد أطرافة على شمال ووسط العراق تتسبب بانخفاض كبير على درجات الحرارة وأمطار متفاوتة الشدة علي شمال شرق البلاد.

 

وتنخفض درجات الحرارة في العاصمة بغداد من مستويات أربعينية إلى 37 مئوية
