وتسببت الحرائق في تدمير 585 منزلا ووفاة ثلاثة أشخاص. وأشار مدير إدارة الحماية من حرائق الغابات بكاليفورنيا لوكاس سبيلمان، أن فرق الاطفاء تمكنت من محاصرة الحرائق في الغابات مؤكدا أن رقعة النيران لا تتسع.

 

كماالتهم الحريق الآخر  في كاليفورنيا أكثر من 70670 فدانا ودمرت 503 منازل وأودت بحياة شخصين، والمستمر منذ اسبوع على بعد 160 كيلومترا شرقي تلال سييرا نيفادا.
