Citizen Masoud said, according to the citizen's website, that artesian wells and narrow and deep pits are among the most serious problems and obstacles facing civil defense men around the world and hinder them in rescuing the victims as quickly as possible due to the narrow diameter of the well and the difficulty of civil defense men getting into it.

Al Qulais added that studies and statistics have proven the danger of artesian wells to young and old, and the difficulty of extracting them, except with heavy machinery that relies on digging next to those wells, which takes a long time, great effort, and a lot of money, and it may be too late to save the victims.

And Al Qulais added, “I have come up with a new and safe method that helps in extracting the victims as quickly as possible. It is a “new robot” that performs the work of a civil defense man or a rescuer to enter the depths of the artesian well and the deep, narrow holes that the rescuer cannot descend into due to its narrow diameter and danger.” Noting that The diameter of this device does not exceed 30 cm and it dives into the deepest artesian wells and deep excavations, according to the length of the wire in the device.

And he indicated that the device carries three cameras, “a basic camera that detects the entire site, and two cameras that determine the appropriate place to grab the victim, either at the wrist of his hands or his legs, by means of two handles like the palm of the hand, equipped with a rope that does not affect the victim and is supplied with oxygen that helps the victim to breathe until it is extracted from the well safely and quickly.”

Al Qulais concluded his speech by saying that the device relies on a keyboard and a screen at the top of the device that can be controlled remotely, explaining that the device is ready and ready for use and that he will present it to the homeland as a gift represented by the Directorate of Civil Defense in Asir Region.
