و ذكرت صحيفة سبق أن المستشفيات الموجودة في الطائف استقبلت أكثر من 25 إصابة متعلقة بالحوادث المرورية المتعلقة بالأمطار، إضافة إلى 3 حالات وفاة.

 

و كان الدفاع المدني قد اضطر لإغلاق العديد من طرقات المحافظة نهار الأحد جراء ارتفاع منسوب المياه و اجتياح السيول عدد من الطرق إضافة إلى خطر انهيار حواف الجبال و سقوط الحجارة على الطرقات.
