وكانت الرياض  قد تعرضت لأحوال جوية شديدة الإضطراب حيثُ تدفقت نحو سمائها كميات كبيرة من السُحب الركامية القوية تساقط على إثرها الأمطار الغزيرة مصحوبة بالبرق وبالرعد والعواصف الرعدية القوية.
