ArabaiaWeather.com- أكد المتحدث باسم الأرصاد الجوية الروسية "فوبوس" أن ارتفاع درجات الحرارة خلال اليوم الأحد  (الأول من فبراير/شباط) سجل رقما قياسيا، لم تشهده العاصمة موسكو في مثل هذا الوقت من السنة منذ 100 عام، حيث سجلت درجات الحرارة 3.1 فوق الصفر.

 

وأوضح أنه من المحتمل أن ترتفع درجات الحرارة بشكل أكبر خلال اليوم، مؤكدا أنهم سيقومون بإصدار معلومات أكثر دقة خلال ساعات المساء، لافتا أن درجات الحرارة ستنخفض مساء اليوم الأحد إلى نصف درجة مئوية، وفقا لموقع روسيا اليوم.
