The researchers also emphasized that Amica's answers to questions, contrary to belief, are not pre-written, but rather the product of a pure artificial intelligence program, explaining that "pauses are the intervals for processing speech input, creating the answer, and processing the text again to appear in the form of speech by voice. and image".
It is noteworthy that he revealed “Amika” for the first time last December, and several videos of him have been published since then that show his realistic facial expressions.
On the other hand, the company “Engineered Arts” revealed that it is working on another version of “Amika” that can be walked, stressing that “walking is a difficult task for the robot.”
However, the British company has not yet revealed the cost of making the robot; Because it is still under development.
