دراسة: الظروف المناخية تؤثر في احتمال الإصابة بمرض السكري

موقع ArabiaWeather.com- كشفت دراسة جديدة أجراها علماء من جامعة كامبردج البريطانية أن الظروف المناخية ودرجة حرارة الهواء الجوي تؤثر في احتمال إصابة الشخص بمرض السكري.

 

واشترك بالدراسة التي تهدف إلى تحديد العلاقة بين جسم الإنسان والظروف المناخية ودرجة حرارة الهواء الجوي التي يعيش فيها، 16 ألف شخص.

 

وبينت نتائج الدراسة ان الجينات المسؤولة عن منظومة المناعة في موسم البرد عند 15% من الأشخاص تُصاب بتغيرات موسمية. وهذا يعني ان الجسم يصاب بالأمراض خلال موسم البرد.

 

كما لاحظ العلماء ذات النتائج لدى سكان المناطق الحارة أو ذات الظروف المناخية المستقرة، إلا أن التغيرات المناخية لعبت لديهم دور المحفز لمنظومة المناعة، وليس درجة حرارة الهواء الجوي.

 

وذكرت الدراسة أن نسبة الإصابة بالنوع الأول من مرض السكري ترتفع في أشهر ديسمبر/كانون الأول ويناير/كانون الثاني وفبراير/شباط..
