متابع الأحوال الجوية الاستاذ عبدالعزيز بن مبارك الثبيتي كان على طريق الرياض – الطائف عند هبوب العواصف المطرية و توقف عن المسير لرصد غزارة الأمطار عبر آلة التصوير.
