Arab Weather - To share weather photos and videos via the You Are the Observer feature, you can follow the following steps:

1. Log in through the ArabiaWeather application.
2. Click on the You are the monitor button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Choose the Add or "+" button from the bottom of the screen.
4. You can choose how to post "text, image, or video"
5. And now you can share and view all users' posts via the application
