Watch: A belt of clouds extending thousands of kilometers from central Africa to the Levant

Arabia Weather - Direct satellite images received and processed at the Arabia Weather Center indicated that large amounts of clouds at different altitudes extend from central Africa all the way to the Levant, covering thousands of kilometers, and are accompanied by scattered rain in some areas.

This belt is the result of an air depression in the high layers of the atmosphere approaching the region, with upper winds transporting tropical moisture from central Africa towards the region.

This shape of the weather system is something that meteorologists are optimistic about, and it is an excellent indicator of what may happen in the coming weeks, in terms of raising humidity from the African continent and affecting our region with more mature weather conditions, God willing.
