وتسببت غزارة الأمطار بغرق العديد من الطرق والأحياء السكنية، كما أعلنت إدارة التربية والتعليم في منطقة حفر الباطن تعليق الدراسة في كافة المدارس والجامعات الحكومية والخاصة حفاظاً على سلامة الطلبة.

 

وأشارت "صحيفة الرياض" إلى أكثر من "٣٠٠" سيارة قد علقت في البحيرات التي خلفتها الأمطار، مُتسببة بإرباك شديد في حركة السير.
