موقع ArabiaWeather.com – رصدت الكاميرا الخاصة بأحد هواة التصوير مقطع فيديو يُظهر لحظة تعرض برج خليفة بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة لصاعقة رعدية قوية، وذلك خلال موجة الأمطار التي ضربت البلاد مؤخراً.

 

ويُعتبر برج خليفة الأعلى في العالم، حيثُ يبلغ ارتفاعه 828 متراً عن سطح الأرض، وتظهر الصاعقة الرعدية من خلال المقطع وهي تضرب مانعة الصواعق المُثبتة أعلى البرج، والتي تعمل على  الذي امتصاص التيار الكهربي الهائل الناتج من الصواعق .

 

وتعمل مانعة الصواعق على إمتصاص التيار الكهربائي من الصاعقة وتفريغه في باطن الأرض من خلال عامود مصنوع من المعدن ممتد من رأس البرج إلى الأرض.
