How to prepare fajita meat sandwich

Ingredients

1. Half a kilo of chopped veal
2. Two cups colored capsicum
3. A cup of corn
4. A cup of black olives
5. A chopped onion
6. Half a cup of cheddar cheese
7. A tablespoon of Fajita seasoning
8. A small spoonful of cumin
9. Half a cup of chopped parsley

How to prepare

• Saute the onion and capsicum with a little vegetable oil in a frying pan
• Add the meat after the onions are cooked, and saute them until they are soft and add the spices
• Add the corn, black olives and cheese and stir until the cheese melts
• In the tortilla bread, put the mixture and toast the bread, and serve hot
