  • Half a grain of yellow pepper, sliced.
  • Half a grain of green pepper, sliced.
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed.
  • A tablespoon of soy sauce.
  • Zucchini (1 count).
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
  • A tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • Salt, to taste.
  • A medium-sized onion, sliced (those who do not like onions can do without it).
  • 4 carrots, sliced.

 

How to make Chinese chicken:

  • Put olive oil in a pot on a low heat and add onions and chicken, while starting to stir well until browned.
  • Add, during stirring, black pepper and salt, while continuing to stir.
  • Add the crushed garlic and stir a little, then add the green and yellow pepper slices and zucchini and keep stirring until soft.
  • After that, add soy sauce to the mixture and stir well, then add the lemon juice.
  • Next step: Cover the pot and leave it on medium heat until it becomes soft.
  • Finally, pour the mixture into a serving dish, and you can serve it with a plate of white rice.
