وكانت منطقة مكة المكرمة وأجزاء من مُرتفعات الطائف قد شهدت عصر اليوم تنامياً للغيوم الركامية نتيجة تأثر المنطقة بحالة من عدم الإستقرار الجوي عملت على تشكل السحب الرعدية في سماء المدينة.
