ويبدأ تأثير الموجة الباردة اعتبارا من ساعات ليلة الخميس/ الجمعة على شمال المملكة العربية السعودية، إلى جانب العراق والكويت.

ويشار إلى وجود بوادر على تمدد موجة باردة أخرى أكثر قوة نهاية الأسبوع المقبل بإذن الله؛ وذلك إثر اندفاع كتلة باردة آخر الأسبوع المقبل، مع احتمالية تشكل الصقيع على بعض المناطق.
