Arab rituals - The Central Committee for the Control of the People in Mauritania announced that the blessed Eid Al-Fitr has been settled today, Saturday, in contrast to the majority of Arab and Islamic countries.
The committee confirmed that it had reached an extensive view of Hilal Shawwal in different parts of the country.
Thus, Mauritania will be the only Arab country to celebrate Eid Al-Fitr today, Saturday; Contrary to the majority of other Arab countries that announced that the holiday will come on Sunday.
