For the fifth time in its history, Queen Alia International Airport in the Jordanian capital, Amman, ranked first in the category of “Airports with a capacity of 5 to 15 million passengers in the Middle East.” It also won the newly created award for “The Most Pleasant Airport in the Middle East.”
According to a statement issued by the Airport Group in March 2023, the two titles were awarded by Airports Council International based on the results of the Airport Services Quality Survey 2022, which forms part of the global index to measure the extent of passenger satisfaction related to the quality of services and facilities at the airport.
