وتجدر الإشارة بان سبب هذه الحالة من عدم الإستقرار هو تأثر جنوب غرب البلاد برياح الموسمية المتواجدة مع تعمق المنطقة الإستوائية الغير مستقرة لمثل هذا الوقت من السنة.
