Arab Weather - Weather experts at the Arab Weather Center said that the latest outputs of computer models indicate an increasing impact of what is called subtropical high pressure on the Arabian Peninsula regions during the coming days, especially towards the end of May, which leads to an increase in the impact of subsidence air currents, which work to increase the heating of the air mass near the Earth's surface.
Experts added that this will be reflected in the rise of temperatures to extremely high levels that may approach the 50-degree Celsius mark in some areas of the Arabian Peninsula, making some Arab regions among the hottest regions on Earth in the coming days.
In detail, the effects of the hot air mass are expected to intensify over large parts of the Arabian Peninsula, including Kuwait, eastern Saudi Arabia, the interior regions of the United Arab Emirates and the Sultanate of Oman, where temperatures are expected to exceed the mid-forties Celsius, and may reach 50 Celsius in some areas, especially parts of the Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia, and some interior and desert areas in Kuwait such as Al-Jahra, in addition to the interior regions of the UAE and the Sultanate of Oman.
This is part of the natural weather patterns that affect the Arabian Peninsula as summer approaches, since summer meteorologically begins on June 1st and lasts for three months.
We ask God for safety for everyone.
