مالك المنزل استعان باحد كُبرى الشركات الانشائية والتي قامت بدورتها بتنفيذ حديقة مُصغرة على سطح المنزل ، هذه الحديقة أو " الجنة " كما يعتبرها مالك المنزل احتوت على مكان للجُلوس والاستجمام ومطبخ صغير اضافة الى مكان مُخصص للشواء ، ليس هذا فحسب بل وصل الامر الى درجة تخصيص مساحة لزراعة الاعشاب ومكان للعب الاطفال
