موقع ArabiaWeather.com- تسبب الإعصار "ميجي" وهو الثالث الذي يجتاح تايوان خلال الشهر الجاري إلى وفاة أربعة أشخاص  على الأقل وإصابة مئات آخرين أمس الثلاثاء وإلى اقتلاع أشجار وقطع الكهرباء عن الملايين.

 

كما أدى إلى إغلاق معظم المدارس والهيئات وتعليق خدمات القطار بين الشمال والجنوب وإلغاء مئات الرحلات الجوية الدولية بعد اجتياح "ميجي" المنطقة قادما من المحيط الهادي تصحبه رياحا تجاوزت سرعتها 160 كيلومترا في الساعة، وفقا لـ "رويترز".

 

وأصيب نحو 167 شخصا وتم إجلاء أكثر من 11500 شخص، كما انقطعت الكهرباء عن مليوني منزل، في حين انقطعت المياه عن أكثر من 45 ألف منزل وفقا لتقديرات مركز عمليات الطوارئ المركزي.
