Arab Weather - The latest satellite images tracking dust movement in Arab Weather show raised dust affecting the western part of the Kingdom, including parts of the Makkah region, including the city of Jeddah.

The latest data from King Abdulaziz International Airport indicates that horizontal visibility has dropped to 2,000 meters, and there is a warning of poor visibility while driving on the roads.

Dust storms are currently spreading around the Makkah region and affecting parts of Taif. This is due to winds blowing towards the west of the Kingdom from Sudan.
