1- The presence of sufficient fuel for long periods of time.

2- The presence of adequate food and water for very long periods of time.

3- Carrying GPS devices.

4- Carrying cellular communication devices via satellite, in order to be able to communicate in places that are not reachable by the transmission of cellular networks.

5- In the event of getting lost in the desert, God forbid, do not move away from your car, because it will be the first target of the security men’s search, due to the ease of seeing it from the plane, and be calm so that fear does not kill you before thirst and hunger. Leave the vehicle only if the destination is certain and the water supply is sufficient.

6- Do not drink the water available to you except when absolutely necessary. Try to keep the water source for as long as possible.

7- Try to take cover with the body of the car or anything you own from the sun and wind so that you do not get burns and dehydration.

8- Try to cover the entire body with clothes or "lick" it in order to reduce the evaporation of water and the rapid loss of water from your body.

9- Make the preservation of water a priority for you, as the body can live for days without food, but it suffers quickly in the event of water loss.

10- The water in the wiper tank located in the heart of the car can be used when needed, as the water is usable.

11- In order to obtain shade during the day, a person who is lost in the desert can dig a hole in which he can stretch out under the car.

12- Attempting to take the tires on the car and burn one of them with the aim of producing a plume of smoke that can be seen from long distances.
