250 schools closed in Northern Ireland due to snow

Weather of Arabia - More than 250 schools in Northern Ireland closed their doors today, Wednesday, due to the heavy snow that fell on the country last night.

The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) stated that the power outage affected more than 23,000 homes and commercial establishments, as the snow reached 25 centimeters in some areas, and the heavy snow caused disruption to public transport.

For its part, the Meteorological Authority in Ireland suggested that the country would witness a gradual improvement in weather conditions throughout the day.
